Builtsmart has been fortunate enough to work alongside the acclaimed and award-winning Turner Architects of Sydney on several Commercial Projects, showcasing a range of successful Display Centres for high-end developers including Bluestone at Norwest, an Australand North Ryde development and two separate Displays completed for Payce; Sopa-Wentworth Point and Royal Shores at Ermington.
These custom-designed display centres reflect the level of luxury and finesse expected from the high-profile Developers, and demonstrates the high quality produced by The Builtsmart team.
Builtsmart has also commenced its contract with a leading Australian lifestyle property group Ingenia Communities, completing construction on the first homes, at the Group’s Chain Valley Bay Project. Chain Valley Bay forms part of Ingenia’s pipeline of approximately 1,500 sites in key urban and coastal markets and will consist of 48 new homes on completion.
A number of other Commercial projects have been added to the increasing pipeline of works, allowing Builtsmart to continue to showcase consistent high quality and energy efficient production.
